Get Started with Kindering

Kindering provides developmental evaluations, early support services (for children ages birth to 3), and KidsClinic therapies (for children up to age 10). You can get started online through the forms below, or call our intake line on (425) 653-4300.

Early Support
(ages 0-3)

If you are interested in a developmental evaluation for your child, first, fill out our intake form by clicking here or calling our intake team at (425) 984-2638. Next, an Intake Coordinator will call your family within two business days to schedule an evaluation. If you would like more information on developmental evaluations, click here.

If you are not the child’s parent or guardian, please fill out our referral form. We can contact the family directly to give more details.

KidsClinic Pediatric Therapy
(up to age 10)

Pediatric therapy evaluations and individual services are available for children ages birth up to 10 years old. If your child is under age 3, please see our Early Support services.

CHERISH™

Any child 0-5 involved with the child welfare system can be referred to CHERISH™. The CHERISH program has certified teams at many ESIT agencies statewide, and encompasses both a model for providing Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) services for children ages 0-3 and, in King County, an early childhood mental health program for children ages 3-5.
