Recap | Kindering Luncheon 2024

On October 24, 2024, Kindering held our 19th Annual Luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. The event was chaired by Becky & Mike Ronan — who are parents of kids who benefited from Kindering services.

Dr. Lisa Greenwald, Kindering’s CEO, bestowed Legislative Champion awards to Representatives Tana Senn and Vandana Slatter, who sponsored critical legislation this year supporting children and families. Disability advocate Danielle Liebl, JD, served as our keynote speaker for the afternoon.

Recap | Night Out for Kindering 2024

On July 24, 2024, our month-long celebrations in honor of Disability Pride Month culminated with Kindering’s annual Night Out for Kindering at Celaeno Winery and Glass Distillery in Woodinville.

Together we raised over $10,000 for our children and families. The event featured curated silent auction items, lawn games, and soulful performances by Bernadette Bascom and singers from The Music Project of Northshore.

Recap | Colors of Disability Pride 2024

On July 30, 2024, we hosted Colors of Disability Pride community festival at Crossroads Park in Bellevue to celebrate the disability and neurodivergent community and deepen connections between us.

The evening featured family-friendly activities including an accessible, sensory-friendly move-a-thon; resources; and snocones.

It was equal parts community festival, resource fair, and fundraiser. And together we raised over $2,000!

Recap | Grand Opening: Kindering’s Redmond Campus

Join us for the Grand Opening of our Redmond campus! We’re celebrating our beautiful new Redmond expansion campus at the Together Center with a Grand Opening event just for Kindering on Thursday, September 14. Program includes remarks by CEO Dr. Lisa Greenwald, Sen. Murray’s office, and Rep. Senn.
