Kindering is committed to providing job shadowing opportunities to enhance the education and training of individuals regarding the unique challenges of children with special needs and their families. Individuals who job shadow observe our staff working towards a common goal: to embrace children of diverse abilities and their families by providing the finest education and therapies to nurture hope, courage and the skills to soar. Kindering offers job shadowing opportunities, which may be limited to 1 to 2 occasions, in the following disciplines: Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Education. We will consider high school students, college undergraduates, and other interested parties.
