Are you looking to build a more compassionate, resilient, supported and confident family unit and empower your child/children? Learn the key elements taught in an occupational therapy session for social-emotional skills. We will discuss direct strategies for regulation, managing meltdowns, and social-emotional language that you can use with your children. This session will have three sections:
1. Presentation on direct strategies
2. Time for asking questions
3. Small group time to reflect and discuss social-emotional learning with other caregivers and parents
You are welcome to join for any parts or all of this session.
