Planning for the Future: Guardianship, Special Needs Trusts & other Issues for Families

Suzanne Howle , Thompson & Howle Attorneys at Law

When children have a disability, it is crucial to plan for their financial future so that when they become adults they will have the necessary financial assistance to live independently and with dignity. Families will not have to worry about who will take care of their child if they are not there. This workshop will give an overview of what a special needs trust is all about, provide insights on guardianships, and identify a framework for families as they plan for the future.

Join us from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., on the Wednesday evening at Kindering Bellevue! Come as early as 6pm for mingling and light refreshments.

Individuals interested in attending may RSVP with Colleen Willis or leave a message at 425-289-7527 so we can ensure space is available.
