Since 1962, our community of friends has contributed time, expertise, and financial support to help Kindering grow and thrive! Gifts of all sizes and types provide vital operating and in-kind support and help Kindering continue to provide the finest therapy and education services to the growing number of children and families who seek Kindering’s help.

Washington State estimates that 2.5% of children birth to three years of age are disabled. As the only neurodevelopmental center on the Eastside and the largest in the state, Kindering fills a critical need in our community. Our Early Support program serves over 4,000 infants and toddlers each year during the crucial window of age birth to three, a time when 85% of brain development occurs. That’s a mere 1,100 days to make a significant difference in a child’s life. Infants cannot wait. We must not lose a precious moment. Early Support can change a child’s life and you can help us ensure that the children and families who come to Kindering for help get the life changing special education and therapies they need.
